Living Faith Lutheran Church is beginning an after-school program for second- through fifth-graders, starting Thursday, Oct. 8 in the old Cottrell-Ward School at 310 S. Parker Street in Marine City. It will be held from 5:30-7 pm on Thursdays through May 5, 2027.

The program – “JOY” – will teach Christian values, particularly the call for service to others, and lessons will draw heavily on the biblical principles of faith, hope, and charity. Snacks will be provided.

While there is no cost for the program, Living Faith welcomes donations to further its community outreach efforts.
